We only use your personal information for internal order processing.
We do not sell share this information with anyone outside our company.
We do not use this information to email you other than pertaining to the
specific order you placed. If you would like to be on our mailing
list, please signup by clicking on the sign up button below:
Software
Returns:
-
We
will exchange any defective software within 15 days of your original
purchase with the same item after receive your defective disc or
cassette. If you have a defective software item, please call the
store for a Return Authorization Number which you'll need to place on the
outside of the package you are sending to us. Also, please include a
copy of the invoice with the item begin returned for exchange for faster
processing. While we make every attempt to be sure the products we
sell are the best available, we can not guarantee the arrangements, keys,
backup vocals or production values of the musical arrangements on the
karaoke software we sell (we do not produce this software).
Therefore, we do not accept exchanges or returns of that software for any
of the above mention reasons, except in the event the software is
defective and will not play (see above for return instructions). You
may also exchange unwrapped software pages other goods within the 15 day
period, but there are no refunds on any software sales.
Hardware
Returns

All
equipment and hardware is sold with the manufacture's warranty. The
Singing Store does not provide any addition warranties or extended
warranties for those products. If the unit is defective upon
receipt, the Singing Store will replace it upon receipt of the defective
one. Please call the Singing Store for a return authorization number
which must appear on the outside of items returned. Please include a
copy of the invoice and all packaging, accessories, and manuals that came
with the unit. Non-defective equipment may be upgraded at the
Singing Store's discretion including a 15% restocking charge within 15
days of the original invoice date. Equipment is not sold on a trial
basis. Shipping charges for returned hardware is the sole responsibility
of the customer. The Singing Store will pay for the return shipping
(UPS Ground) in the event of an initial defect as described above.
